Grand Fan Group, which distributes three leading hair and body wash and care brands in China, has acquired Cicabel — and its technologies.

Cicabel was owned by Santinov, a French pharmaceutical manufacturer. Cicabel just announced that its innovative peptide-based facial mask set will launch in September.

This acquisition of a French brand represents Grand Fan Group’s first strategic foray into the skin care sector. Grand Fan Group expects that Cicabel to be a game-changer that will quickly become a leading brand in China’s domestic market.
